Brian is one of the most gritty and reliable people I have ever met. I have seen him grow from an excellent team player and engineer to a strong and inspiring team leader. On several occasions in the early days he has carried Vandrico on his back, always stepping up when needed. His unending humility enabled us to build a strong and deep bench, completely empowered and unhindered by internal politics. And through all of this, he has managed to constantly grow his engineer skills by keeping up to date on the latest technology approaches and DevOps best practices.
